Community Tokens
To reward our most engaged community members, we’ve created a rewards system/currency, under what we call Community Tokens.
What is a Community Token?
A Community Token is a non-transferable voucher worth 50 RON that can be used to get a discount on memberships or entries to our play and cowork space. You can even combine multiple Community Tokens together in order to get a monthly membership absolutely free!
What is the validity of a Community Token?
A Community Token is valid for 3 months from the issue date. It is non-transferable, it cannot be redeemed for cash, and no change is given if its value is greater than the value of the purchased service.
Are you more interested in product discounts?
A Community Token can be exchanged, on request, for a 15% discount voucher on all products in our shop. Product discounts are not cumulative.
For which communities and events do they apply?
Community Tokens can be received for any event that adds value and enhances already existing communities or helps empower and foster new communities. Active communities at The Guild Hall are:

How can you receive a Community Token?
Community Tokens can be received for getting involved in any event organized by us that adds value and enhances already existing communities or helps empower and foster new communities. Some examples can be found below, but the list is not exhaustive – if you think you can find any other way to provide value to our local communities, let us know and you will likely receive a Community Token as well:
Hobby Days & painting competitions
- Assembling or painting the in-store terrain – 1-2 Community Tokens, based on the size and complexity of the terrain
- Joining the Judge panel during our painting competitions – 1 Community Token
- Helping new members with painting techniques – 1 Community Token
- Painting Sessions for Beginners – 2 Community Tokens
Workshops & community meetings
- Organizing events for the local cowork community (business, personal development, any other relevant topics) – 1-2 Community Tokens
Our events for beginners
- Wargaming for Beginners (Demo Days) – 2 Community Tokens
- D&D for Beginners – 2 Community Tokens
- TCG for Beginners – 1-2 Community Tokens
- Learn & Play events – 1-2 Community Tokens, depending on the involvement

What we offer you if you come to hold role-playing games in our shop:
- DM screen, D&D dice, Dice tray, Premade and/or blank character sheets
- The 3 D&D base books: Dungeon Master’s Guide, Player’s Handbook and Monster Manual
- Lots and lots of maps (basic, with all types of terrain, with inns, dungeons, and house interiors) most of which can be written on with dry-erase markers
- Some basic D&D character and monster miniatures and lots of character/monster tokens
- Ruins and other terrain addons for maps
- 2 conference rooms with flat-screen TVs where you can display all kinds of media for your players and play soundtracks of your choice for a more immersive experience (depending on availability)
- Spellbook cards for different classes
