Terms and conditions for online bookings
Advance payments for large groups
An advance payment is required to make a reservation for any group larger than 10 people.

Being late or changing the reservation
If you are more than 15 minutes late or wish to change the time or number of guests in your booking, pleaselet us know by phone.

Conference rooms can be booked for a fee – the rates are available here. We recommend this option for private events.

Children under 14 years old
In order for your group and other groups to enjoy the experience of a great game, we do not accept children under 14 years old at our anticafe. Thank you for your understanding!
All Terms & Conditions
- You can bring food and drink from outside or order directly at our location. However, please collect any leftovers/packaging/cups at the end of the event.
- We are here to make game recommendations, but are not always available to explain them in detail. We recommend watching the overview videos linked on our website for understanding the rules.
- Conference room tables and chairs cannot be moved or removed from the room. Tables on the first floor can only be moved if you book the entire floor.
- Please enjoy your game while respecting the others. There are other people working, studying or playing in the space, and loud noises or inappropriate language are disruptive.
- Underage drinking is prohibited.
- We want you and other customers to enjoy a relaxing and carefree gaming experience. For this reason, we do not allow children under the age of 14 in the anticafe.
- Desired rooms/seats will only be blocked after the reservation invoice has been paid – until it is paid, other requests for the same space may still occur.
- The reservation date can be changed up to one week in advance, subject to availability.
- Paid amounts are non-refundable in case of no-shows.
- In case of cancellation: 100% refund is offered for cancellations made at least 7 days before the event, 50% for cancellations between 3 and 7 days, and 25% for cancellations between 1 and 3 days. No refund is given for cancellations on the day of the event.
- Rescheduling paid reservations are free of charge at least 7 days before the day of the event. A 25% surcharge will be charged for rescheduling between 3 and 7 days prior to the event, a 50% surcharge between 1 and 3 days, and on the day of the reservation, no rescheduling is possible.
