The organizers and contest rules

The contest is organized by The Guild Hall SRL, based in Cluj-Napoca, on Samuil Micu Street no. 4. The contest will take place according to the provisions of the present official regulation, this being obligatory for all the participants in the contest. The contest participants are obliged to respect the terms and conditions of the regulations according to those mentioned below.

Duration of the contest

The contest takes place starting on 27.06.2023 and ends on 27.11.2023 at 23:59. The draw will take place within 48 hours after the end of this period.

Eligibility

With each membership purchased at The Guild Hall, participants will be automatically assigned a number of virtual raffle entries based on the chosen membership type:

1 Play membership = 1 entry for the raffle

1 Play & Work membership = 2 entries for the raffle

1 Work membership = 3 entries for the raffle

The virtual raffle entries will be managed by The Guild Hall team and will not be sent physically or digitally to participants. Any participant will be able to ask for the number of virtual entries accumulated at any time during the campaign. Following the three draws, the prizes mentioned in these rules will be awarded.

Conducting the contest

The participants will be automatically entered into the competition throughout the period of the campaign, leading up to the draws which will take place within 48 hours of the end of the campaign period.
Raffle prizes:

Winners will be chosen at random using the random.org website following 3 successive draws. The first participant drawn will win lifetime entries, the second – a Play & Work membership and the third – a Party Pack for 5 people. The list of participants and virtual raffle entries is administered by The Guild Hall.

To implement this campaign, the organizer is processing the following personal data provided by customers: Name, Surname, Phone number, Email address. By simply participating in this campaign, participants understand that their personal data will be processed by the organizer for the purposes of organizing the campaign, drawing lots, validation, announcing winners on social media platforms and awarding prizes. Personal data collected in this campaign will be disclosed by the organizer to the public only for the winners – only their names will be made public on the social media pages.

Rights and obligations

The grand prize (unlimited entries to The Guild Hall Anticafe, plus 15% discount on in-store purchases and 20% discount on pre-orders) is valid throughout the winner’s lifetime and the running of The Guild Hall Anticafe. The Play & Work membership and Party Pack can be used within 3 months of receiving them.

The organiser may reserve the right not to enter participants who do not meet the eligibility criteria.
If a person wishes to be excluded from the automatic participation in the raffle, they can communicate the request to The Guild Hall team via email or Facebook chat.

Responsibility

By participating in the contest, all participants agree and undertake to comply with all requirements and conditions imposed by the organizer by these official regulations.
